Procedure and Requirement

• Copy of valid National ID/Passport/Driving License of the Signatory.
• Masking application letter (Needs to be printed on company letterhead)
• User must be having any active masking SMS package to apply masking sender name.
• Copy of valid Trade license/BIN/Company TIN/Government authorization/Ministry Authorization/Gazette/UGC Authorization (whichever applicable)
• API approval form, If need (Needs to be printed on company letterhead)
• Terms and conditions form must be signed and submitted along with the required documents.
• Only local sms traffic allowed. Any international traffic is prohibited and punishable.




• As per the guidelines of BTRC all promotional SMS should be in Bangla.
• Demographic and Behavioral targeting will charge extra 5paisa for each sms.
• Clients shall have to take vetting from BRTC for all kind of SMS content (except OTP/Transactional)
• Candidates for National or local elections cannot send sms asking for votes mentioning a particular party and party symbol.
