What is Masking SMS?

The process of sending a message from the name of your company or brand name instead of any numeric sender id is called masking SMS. Masking sender id or sender name can be alphabetic or alpha-numeric like Hostever or A1 Travels. Masking sender name can be maximum 11 character and any special character like !ӣ$%^&*()-_ are not allowed by MNO. The masking sms also called Brand SMS

Procedure and Requirement

• Copy of valid National ID/Passport/Driving License of the Signatory.
• Masking application letter (Needs to be printed on company letterhead)
• User must be having any active masking SMS package to apply masking sender name.
• Copy of valid Trade license/BIN/Company TIN/Government authorization/Ministry Authorization/Gazette/UGC Authorization (whichever applicable)
• API approval form, If need (Needs to be printed on company letterhead)
• Terms and conditions form must be signed and submitted along with the required documents.
• Only local sms traffic allowed. Any international traffic is prohibited and punishable.
